  3. Changing the bulb

  5. Turn the power off to the unit.  The cover over the bulb is removed by loosening the thumb screw at the side of the light tower.  
  6.  
  7. Pull the top cover down.  The bulb can then be lifted out of the housing and replaced.  Always be sure not to touch the glass of the 
  8. new bulb with your 
  9. fingers as the oils 
  10. will reduce the bulb 
  11. life.
